When you’re in the mood for a sweet treat try making it a little healthier, so that doesn’t mean pig out on ice cream or cookies. I’m not telling you to give up ice cream forever, just try to moderate what you eat. Remember you are going to have this body forever and it is best to take care of it now.

Instead of: Artificial flavored popsicles that, truthfully, don’t taste that great and have a lot of sugar in them.

Try: Frozen fruit such as grapes or bananas. They taste great and are a nice cold treat.

Instead of: Ice cream, yes it’s good, but frozen yogurt tastes pretty much the same.

Try: Frozen yogurt this alternative is just as good ice cream

Instead of: Potato chips, yes they taste good and are delicious but look at the picture. Can’t you just feel your arteries clogging? www.ces.ncsu.edu/…/rifanote04/rifanote04.htm

Try: Veggie Chips, they’re made out of actual vegetables, and they taste pretty good.
