12 Year Old Boy Shot
12 year old Tamir Rice was shot in the torso after refusing a police officer.
Cleveland boy had a fake gun and was pointing it at everyone in the park.
The orange piece was removed so no one could tell it was a fake. After the 911 call, police arrived asking the boy to put his hands in the air and he grabbed for his belt. The officer fired twice hitting Rice in the torso and he passed away Sunday morning before surgery.
