UHS Broadcasting Announces 2017 Spring Schedule

Urbana High School Broadcasting is proud to announce the broadcasting schedule for the 2017 Spring athletics season.

Beginning with the Girls Soccer broadcast on March 16, UHS Broadcasting will cover twelve events between three separate sports over the course of the season. That broadcast will be the first of two soccer broadcasts for the season, while there will be five broadcasts apiece for baseball and softball.

“I’m pretty happy with our schedule for this spring,” said Joey Wright, head of broadcasting. “I think our schedule is very strong and it should showcase all of our sports teams really well over the course of the season.”

All events are available live online at NFHSNetwork.com and later accessible via replays on Urbana Public Television or via the UPTV YouTube channel.

Tuesday, March 21st – Baseball vs. Oakwood (4:30 PM)
Saturday, April 1st – Softball vs. Hoopeston (10:00 AM – Game 1 Only)
Tuesday, April 4th – Softball vs. Shiloh (4:30 PM)
Thursday, April 13th – Soccer vs. Champaign Central (6:00 PM)
