With the ACT now over, some juniors say they feel relieved, while others are anxious as they await their scores. Many students are worried about not achieving a high enough score and fear they may have to retake the exam, despite their efforts to prepare.

“I’m relieved that the ACT is over, but I’m nervous about how my score will come out. I want at least a 20 because I don’t want to retake it and pay for it,’ said junior Martiza Ortiz. However, a few juniors felt indifferent about the ACT, noting they could retake it and improve their score. Some juniors added a piece of advice about the ACT: “I just recommend studying hard and getting it over with, since [the ACT] feels like forever,” expressed junior Trinidad Cuahuey.

One thing is for sure, though: ACT testing is now over. Juniors of UHS should feel proud of their efforts in ensuring that the testing day ran smoothly. Pat yourselves on the back, Tigers!
