Movie Night Fundraiser Coming to Lecture Hall

Sweat drips nervously through heavily applied makeup as the brothers creep cautiously through the gala. They know only that they cannot be discovered.

This is what Marlon and Shawn Wayan think as they trudge, disguised, through an exclusive Hamptons event in the cult classic White Chicks.

“Come watch White Chicks this Friday to have a good time and support Class of ‘29’s future endeavors,” said Freshman Class Vice President Victoria Lleras. “We are fundraising for our Senior class trip, throwing prom as Juniors, and throwing homecoming as Seniors, so any small opportunities to raise money towards those things are important.”

Come to the lecture hall on Friday, Feb. 27 to have fun with friends and experience this film for yourself. Brought to you as a fundraiser for the Class of 2029, this event will also have snacks available for purchase.

Doors will open at 5:30, and the movie will begin promptly at 6:00, so be sure to arrive early to snag a seat and a snack. Admission is only $5, making this an affordable and entertaining way to spend your Friday evening.

This event isn’t freshman-only, so invite a friend to come and have fun while helping support the Class of 2029!
