Long Island Student Accepted to Eight Ivy League Schools; UHS Tigers Also Represent

0

A high school student from Long Island, New York, had high hopes of being accepted into one or two Ivy League colleges after he applied to all eight. Little did he know, the outcome would me much greater than that.

17 year-old Kwasi Enin was beyond surprised when he was accepted into all eight Ivy League schools. These schools are the most prestigious schools in the U.S. and are extremely hard to get into.

Enin ranks in the top two percent of his class, so no surprise there. Although his accomplishments are incredible, UHS has our own Ivy League Scholars.

Saul Downie and Maeva O’Brien were both accepted into one of the Ivy League schools. Downie was accepted into Yale, and O’Brien was accepted into Harvard.

Getting accepted into an Ivy League school is a very high honor, and it’s something our UHS students have, and continue, to achieve.
