We all know that dealing with stress in our everyday life is not easy.  It doesn’t just affect us mentally, it can get to you physically too.  In my previous posts, I talked about ways to simple ways to reduce stress in our busy lives,  but I realized that it is also very important to know what stress does to us, and our health.

Now, how does it affect our body?  The way our body responds to an external stressor is meant to protect and support us.
