Hello everybody! Hope your Thanksgiving holiday went well- I ate an outrageous amount of food and goodies and spent some quality time with my family. I love getting to see all of my relatives- we laugh and catch up and it’s a great time. How was your vacation? Too much turkey?

So this week’s post is about my caroling group. I’ve chosen some songs I want us to learn and I’m trying to choose neighborhoods to visit. Here’s what I have so far:

Song Choice:

-Silent Night: It’s a classic, it’s simple and it’s easy to remember
-Joy to the World: We all need a little joy in life, so this will be great
-Jingle Bells: If kids come to the door, I’d like if they sang along for this one
-Hark the Herald Angels Sing: This is a personal favorite and it reminds me of Charlie Brown

Neighborhoods:

-Beringer Commons- Seems like a pretty neighborhood and my grandparents live there
-Clark Lindsey Village- I think the residents there would appreciate some music and happy faces
-Winfield Village: There are lots of young families there and we’d have plenty of people to sing to

So what are your thoughts, UHS? Where should the caroling group go? What else should we sing? Do you want us to come visit you? Let me know!

Happy holidays and have a wonderful season!
