There’s no denying that TV shows are important in our daily lifestyle.  Hundreds of channels, thousands of programs, millions of viewers. Shows simply provide entertainment and enjoyment in our everyday lives.  There are different genres of TV shows, each having a unique plotline and interesting twists and turns.  From comedy, to musical, to fiction, you name it, it’s on TV.  Now that winter season is just around the corner, it is very likely for people to chill and stay at home browsing for good TV programs.  Now, have you ever wondered what shows are catching people’s attentions these days?  To answer that, here are a few blurbs about different popular TV shows that I think most people are engaged to:

.) Glee: Ryan Murphy’s superb “Glee” is unlike your normal high school series on TV. “Glee” is a new TV show on FOX channel that first aired on May 19.  “Glee” is about a high school Spanish teacher named Will (Matthew Morrison) who takes over a glee club of misfits including the overzealous Rachel (Lea Michele) and a football star (Cory Monteith) who refuses to be the bully he’s supposed to be.  This is a great show to be drawn into.  It doesn’t only portrait a variety of good classical songs, but it also has a relatable plot for all teenagers out there.

.)  Vampire Diaries:  This show is one of the main shows that I hear a lot of people talk about this past few months.  This show was a young adult horror series of novels by New York Times bestselling author L.J Smith.  The story centers around Elena Gilbert, a high school girl torn between two vampire brothers.  If you’re a Twilight Saga fan, then I think this show would fit your interests.  The love triangle makes the show more enthralling.

.)  House:  If you’re into health contorversial insights, then this would probably be the show for you. “House” is a medical drama that debuted on the Fox network on November 16, 2004.  This show mainly focuses on Dr. Gregory House (Hugh Laurie), a brilliant diagnostician who loves the challenges of the medical puzzles he must solve in order to save lives.  House solves the inexplicable cases that other doctors cannot understand.

.)  One Tree Hill:  This show is an American teen/young adult television drama directed by Marc Shwahn which aired on September 23, 2003. “One Tree Hill” revolves around two half-brothers, Lucas Scott (Chad Michael Murray) and Nathan Scott (James Lafferty).  The setting of this show was based on the fictional town of Tree Hill, North California.  Their relationship centers from heartless enemies to caring brothers and the basketball drama, as well as the brothers’ on-again and off-again romances with female characters, are significant elements within the series.
