Fall is now upon us and with the change of season comes many festive activities. Whether your favorite part of fall has to do with fashion, sports or Halloween, it can be an exciting time for many people.

Some students take advantage of the cooler weather and the shift from summer to fall.

Junior Alyssa Koch said, “My favorite part of fall is having bonfires because I get to wear hoodies and boots.”

Valeri Mora, junior, said, “I like the chilly weather because you get to have bonfires and make s’mores!”

Others people enjoy fall for sports related reasons.

U of I Student Melissa Deneufbourg said, “As a member of the Marching Illini, I love beautiful fall Saturdays spent at Illinois football games in Memorial Stadium.”

Junior Antonio Lenow said, “My favorite part is fall football games.”

For many, the highlight of the fall season is Halloween. Whether it’s going to haunted houses, picking out pumpkins, or designing a unique costume, this holiday is a great way to celebrate the season.

No matter how you spend this fall season, whether your days include bonfires, comfy clothes, football games, or Halloween preparations, make sure to take advantage of all that fall has to offer.
