Illinois Basketball stays alive
With an inconsistent season, the Fighting Illini look to push their way to the Big Ten Championship with a win last night against instate rival Northwestern Wildcats.
Utilizing an up-tempo and pressure-defensive style, Illinois came out with a narrow overtime win with the help of Trent Frazier, Giorgi Bezhanishvili, and Ayo Dosunmu, who combined for 55 points.
The Fighting Illini will face the Iowa Hawkeyes tonight @ 8:25 pm on the Big Ten Network.
