This week’s game of the week is Cincinnati Bengals (3-1) at Baltimore Ravens (3-1), in a clash of division leaders. The Bengals have had a surprising season in which they have beaten the Packers and the Steelers, and a dramatic win against the Browns last week. The Bengal’s resurgence has been centered around Carson Palmer and his late game heroics after missing 12 games last season.

Meanwhile, the Ravens started the season 3-0, before committing 9 penalties in a loss to the Patriots 27-21. Joe Flacco was 27-47 and threw for 264 yards and two touchdowns, but he also threw a key interception (a catch from the other team) at the Patriots’ nine yard line (on their side of the field, where the Bengals were trying to score). He will need to rebound, as does the whole team.

In my opinion, for the Bengals to get some respect from the other teams, a win against the Ravens would probably be the eye-opener, but the Ravens will definitely not be a pushover, considering an ’embarrassing’ loss to the Patriots–or at least how they played the game.

I predict that The Ravens’ defense will be too much to handle for Carson Palmer and the Bengals’ offense, and Joe Flacco takes advantage of a few glitches in the Bengals defense, as Baltimore wins, 23-10.
