The Chicago Bears have started the season 3-1 coming off a loss to the Detroit Lions. They look to keep this winning streak alive for many more weeks to come. The Bears finished the 2011-2012 season with a record of 10-6. That was a record that was good for their conference the National Football Conference.

There are 2 divisions in the National Football League: American Football Conference (AFC) & NFC. Both are really dominant conferences to play in. The talent and the skill in the conferences are very powerful if you are trying to make the NFL Playoffs after the 17th week is up

The pros are really tough to get in and play for a team. The NFC is more dominant and tougher to win tough ball games down the stretch. Anything can happen in the NFL, especially in the NFC Division.
Librarian Matthew Murray said his favorite thing about the Bears is that they are winning. After the 10-6 season they finished with, the Bears look to rebound and finish with an even better record.
“Last season they finished 10-6 like you stated but this season it can go either way. So, with a 12-4 record they will make the playoffs,” Murray said.
The Bears’ defense has been great for the past seasons or two. They have been great on both sides of the ball with turnovers left and right.
Murray said, “I like their history of the defense, and just keep grinding out and keep on winning.”
The Bears lost their first game of the season against the Detroit Lions 40-32.
We will see if the Chicago Bears can have a breakout season. Make sure to watch their game this Sunday against the New Orleans Saints.
